Start with the scholarship provider, the university or an official government announcement. The UGC website also carries scholarship-related notices.
Check the current call
- Confirm the application year and closing date.
- Check nationality, residence, qualification and language requirements.
- Identify what funding covers and which costs you must meet.
- Confirm whether a separate university application is required.
- Use the application link supplied by the official provider.
Keep a clear record
Save the official announcement and prepare a checklist of documents, references and deadlines. Contact the provider through its published channels if a requirement is unclear. Do not treat an archived notice or a selection result as an open application round.
This guide is a research checklist, not a list of currently open awards. Eligibility, funding and deadlines must be checked against each current call.
